Ruminating in all this Be-ness and feeling drawn to write about it. We will be where this goes.

Lately my affirmation loop has been -

Surrender

Slow Down

Allow

Do. Not. Run.

∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞

Surrendering the exhale to the outside world and sinking into this body, this Beingness. This topside Beingness that sometimes appears separate from all the rest - the layers and dimensions of all that Is, beyond words. Words are formulated constructs of man, limiting in and of themselves. And yet, I continue to write.

Slowing down… an act of surrender. Time no longer exists.. Never has, really. The breath isn’t forced to be still. The body ceases to resist the innate flow. Slowing down happens when we let go. Let go of urgency. Let go of desire for instantaneous results. Let go of expectations. Slowing down looks like dropping into deep deep surrender to the flow of breath and observing.

Previously, I was under the impression that I was able to observe more clearly when I slowed down. And perhaps this is so, but recently I’ve experienced what seems to be time standing still when I step straight into observing. Witnessing beyond the topside world and observing that it is all just energy. All the words in the world couldn’t instill this knowingness into a human brain that hasn’t observed this themselves.

If it’s all just energy, then it’s all connected. If it’s all connected, it’s all one. If it’s all one, then there is power here to manipulate reality. This could look like manifesting preternatural yet true desire or altering the perceptions from within. As above, so below… manifestations, creations, happen when we surrender to the flow instead of holding steady in our resistance, in our topside world identifications. True creation that ripples from this below below below out into all this above above above and back into the below below below happens when we can see beyond identification, beyond our immediate perception rooted in illusion.

It all happens when we allow it to happen. Allow is a unique form of surrender. Allow is the floating along with the currents. The currents of allll this energy that is alllll. Tuning in. Noticing the subtle shifts of energy within and without. Observing the sensation of a good cry bubbling up and allowing the release. To allow is to give these currents of energy permission to move through you and to move you. You stop hitting your head on all those rocks when you stop flailing around and fighting all that is being presented to you. Allow.

Allow. Do not run.

To run is to see all these little truths and decide you were more comfortable before you knew them. I’m done running, although I do see it as a natural response to that which is frightening. That which is frightening tends to be that which is unknown. Human mind loves to know. It thrives on knowing. Kick it out into the abyss of the unknown and it is lost and terrified.

But might it be possible to find safety and sweetness in the not knowing? What is it to know anyway? Perhaps what we think it is to know is to agree. When what we learn contradicts all we’ve ever been told, it can be destabilizing. How do we walk through the world and be a person when the knowing we think we know doesn’t match up to the knowing of all the human minds around us? Interestingly enough, the not knowing is a knowing in its entirety and yet it is far out of reach of any wordsssss the mind can come up with. It is a knowing far out of reach of this topside, physical world where our bodies seem to need to be satiated.

All this swirls back to this Be-ness. Through surrendering, slowing down, and allowing, we arrive at this sign that says “Do Not Run.” Underneath these words, if we look a little closer, it says, “Be.” What I am is what I am. Are you what you are or what? What we are is what we are. Are we what we are or what?

Shedding layers. Releasing the complexities of rules and constructs and ideologies handed to me from those that never dared to marinate in the void. Coming to a point where my verbal language isn’t enough to portray the full depths of experience. Though, the words I do throw out into the world all reverberate in love as I observe shifts happening in this multidimensional landscape.

Here I am. Here now. Being here (which is also everywhere) with my attention pointed in presence. It is not a lack of compassion for troubles occurring all over the world. Coming back here now and seeing the expansion and the magic that resonates through further than the mind can see when the smallness of my humanness Becomes the vastness and the Oneness of it all.
